We use the following third-party services to process and store your data. By submitting a form on this website, you acknowledge that your data passes through these services:

• Elementor (WordPress) — Our forms are built with Elementor. Submitted data is temporarily processed through our WordPress installation.
• Zapier — Form submissions are transmitted via webhook to Zapier, an automation platform, which routes your data to the appropriate destination.
• Google Sheets — Your application data is stored in a Google Sheets spreadsheet. Each dance studio has its own dedicated sheet accessible only to that studio and BB Scaling d.o.o.
• Email — A notification containing your submitted information is sent to the relevant studio owner and to BB Scaling d.o.o. upon submission.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

4. Sharing Your Information

Your application data is shared with:

• The dance studio you applied to — for the purpose of reviewing your application and scheduling an interview
• BB Scaling d.o.o. — as the operator of this website and service

Your data is not shared with any other third parties except as required by law or as described in this policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain your application data for 12 months from the date of submission, after which it is deleted. You may also request deletion of your data at any time before that period expires.

To request deletion, contact us at info@bbscaling.agency. We will process your request within 30 days.
