Visa, 100% covered

The studio pays your visa in full, as long as you complete a 3-year contract.

First month accommodation

You don't arrive and scramble for housing. Your first month is paid for.

Personal relocation guidance

Our team walks every international hire through the move. Paperwork, flights, first week on the ground. You are not figuring it out alone.

Before-hours studio access

Practice floors available for your own training before 12:30pm. Keep your own dancing alive while you work.

Competition flexibility

With 6 months' notice, your competition dates stay clear of studio events. Time off for comps is made up, not lost.

Professional training included

Proven teaching and sales frameworks built specifically for competitive dancers moving into instruction.

+ The Dance Teacher Sales Training program you get is done by people with over 2 decades of experience!
( Training Value: 10,000$+)

Your base is $650/week, guaranteed from day one.

Beyond that, your earnings depend on you. The instructors who fully commit – who show up to the training, build their student base, and treat it as a career – build real income over time.

We’ve had instructors reach strong annual income. But that takes dedication, and it doesn’t happen overnight.

What we can promise you is the base, the training, and the support. The rest, you earn.

If you are:

– Ambitious
– Energetic
– Career minded

This is the only job that will keep you both physically & mentally fit!
( And it never gets boring )

Questions People Ask Before Applying
Before you apply

Questions people ask before applying

What does the visa actually cover, and what's the catch?

The studio pays your visa cost in full. The "catch" is straightforward: you commit to 3 years. If you leave early, the visa cost is on you. Most instructors stay much longer than 3 years because the income builds over time.

Where will I live when I arrive?

First month accommodation is covered by the studio. After that, you find your own place, but by then you've had four weeks to settle in, see the area, and know what you want. We help you with the search.

I want to keep competing. Is that possible?

Yes. Give 6 months' notice for major competitions and your dates are kept clear of studio events. Time off for comps is made up on the schedule, not deducted from pay. Studios get behind their instructors who compete. It's good for the studio too.

How much will I actually earn?

Base is $650/week, guaranteed. Above that depends on how you build your client base, and we won't quote you a number we can't promise. Instructors who fully commit build strong income over time. Instructors who treat it as a side thing don't.

I'm worried about leaving home and arriving alone.

You won't be the only one. Most studios already have international instructors on the team, often from your region. Our team personally walks you through the move: flights, paperwork, first week. You're not landing in a strange country with a phone and a suitcase.

What if I don't have teaching experience?

That's expected. Most of our hires have competed but never taught. The training covers everything: pedagogy, sales, client retention. If you have a real ballroom or latin background and the willingness to learn the business side, you can succeed.
